A moment of feathered wisdom.

Disasters have a way of arriving unannounced, but these roosters taught me to be grounded, no matter what a situation it may be.

🐔 🐓 A Moment of Feathered Wisdom

Super thrilled by a lively flock of roosters and hens darting along the path from Outram MRT station to the Singapore General Hospital - some even cheekily dancing across the barricades!

For a moment, they lifted the weight off my heart and lightened the footsteps as I made my way to visit a loved one. I paused to interact with them, captivated by their beauty, grateful for this unexpected encounter.

Disasters have a way of arriving unannounced, shaking the ground beneath us.

Humans are bestowed with the ability to manage complexity, but a message to take from the Universe through these simple creatures, is that disposition unbothered by life’s uncertainties, trusting in the present moment. They were simply there - grateful for the earth beneath their feet, living the moment with quiet assurance.

Find wonder in the small, unexpected moments - a bird’s call 🕊️ , a breeze on your face 🍃 , or a flock of carefree creatures 🐥 reminding us of the Will of the Universe for us.

Willingly flow along the twists and turns of life with grace. Embrace life’s rhythm with gratitude, even when the path feels uncertain.

And then act for the better, when the opportunity comes.

Be resilient. Be accepting.

To these Roosters and Hens that kept me company for that brief walk - thank you for sharing that simple, profound wisdom of Nature!
